Production Planner/Supply Chain Coordinator
In this position, the production planner/supply chain coordinator is tasked with ensuring smooth, efficient manufacturing operations by managing production schedules, monitoring material availability, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. This role oversees inventory levels, tracks supplier performance and resolves potential delays in keeping production on schedule and plays a key role in maintaining on-time delivery, operational accuracy, and supply chain reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze production requisitions and production progress using company’s ERP system.
- Produce production schedules for manufacturing departments to ensure optimal productivity and on time delivery.
- Create and release work orders.
- Coordinate and process internal transfers between the Batavia and Sacramento warehouses.
- Ensure work orders due dates are accurate in the system at all times.
- Work closely with production to align production schedules to meet customer orders ship dates
- Communicates status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems
- Provide lead times, production updates and schedules to internal customers.
- Update and designate paperwork to appropriate departments.
- Trace ocean containers and update delivery dates.
- Liase with customer service to monitor inventory vs. sales and communicate availability, potential risk etc.
- Freight Claim Management
- Create and distribute weekly stock out list.
- Daily update of inventory availability on E-Commerce platforms.
- Handle the purchase of certain product categories
- Manage annual Country of Origin Affidavits
- Help in other departments within supply chain whenever necessary.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to operations
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary: Salary does not include bonus potential of $2k
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in production planning, scheduling and/or project management ( in a manufacturing environment preferred).

We are looking to hire a Technical Sales Support Manager in the building trades. Your background and experience should be in the construction trades - with a concentration in installation.
