Salary: Up to $120,000 CAD Annually

Requirements:

  

• Must be bilingual in French and English
• Must have a background and experience in sales (minimum 4 years) and/or 4 years of experience in the building materials industry, for example: tile, flooring, renovation, general contracting, etc,
• Ability to travel up to 4 days a week to service customers regionally and locally (which can be overnight),

• Self-starter. Must have initiative, a good work ethic, and adapt to a fast-paced and changing market,
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be able to travel throughout assigned territory as      per advertised amounts, including some overnight,
• Must be able to lift to 70 pounds on occasion with assistance, with a carrying capability of 50 pounds,
• Strong attention to detail, 
• Ability to work with others and independently,
• Self-motivated & self-disciplined.

Regional Builder Sales Account Manager -West

Salary: Compensation package of: Salary, Commission+ Bonus

Requirements:

•  Minimum 3-5 years outside sales experience in the region and with tiling related or other construction materials used by residential home builders.

Quality Assurance Inspector -2nd Shift

Requirements:

• Inspect and approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, (using a variety of precision instruments) and reject/return unacceptable materials.
• Conduct process and product audits using given measurement devices
• Effective use of tape measure and calipers 
• Oversee product, processes & procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
• Record data for internal analysis and keep accurate documentation 
• Ensure all activities are aligned with company policies

• Implementation of quality assurance training
• Aid in the development of quality testing procedures for products
• Identify and remedy defects within the production process
• Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions for non conformances
